Access your information on the Test Taker Portal
You can access all the information relating to your IELTS test in the Test Taker Portal including
- your test date
- your venue for the Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking sections (available five days before the test)
- details of how to download Inspera Exam Portal software and test day access code if you take IELTS Online.
- your payment information
- your contact information
- your results
- an application form for additional TRFs
- institutions you have applied to
- access to IELTS Ready Premium
- contact information for the British Council.
You can order up to five additional copies of Test Report Forms (TRFs) free of charge from the Test Taker Portal. You can do this at any time from when you book your test to two years after your test date.
We’ll send up to five Test Report Forms (TRF) directly to the institutions you’re applying to
Institutions need original copies of your Test Report Form. Photocopies will not be accepted.
We can send up to five additional copies of your TRF free of charge directly to institutions you are applying to (for instance universities, immigration officers, etc.). If you would like us to do this, please include the relevant addresses when you book your test.
If you have ordered less than five copies when you booked your test but need more copies, you can order additional copies through the Test Taker Portal free of charge, anytime up to two years after your test date.
‘If you booked your Test before 21 November 2020, please download and fill in the Application for Additional Test Report Form from the download section below. We will then send a copy directly to the institution.’
Please do not forget to give the full postal address of the institution. Without the complete address we are not able to check whether the institution has access to the IELTS Test Report Form Verification Service that allows it to view your results after we have submitted them electronically. In case they do not access this service, we will send your TRF by post.
Can I get additional, paid-for copies of my IELTS results?
If you want us to send another copy of your TRF to a recognising organisation in addition to the five copies we provide, you will need to pay an administration fee of 50 HRK per copy sent by Croatian post or 400 HRK for DHL costs for shipments within the EU. For shipments outside the EU we will need to check the courier costs and get back to you.
You will need to provide the institution’s address and fill in the Application for Additional Test Report Form. We will then send the TRF directly to the institution.
Please note that an additional Test Report Form takes around 10 days to be processed.
